FoundersPath AI is a suite of tools designed to help founders validate startup ideas, generate AI reports, and plan their product development. The service operates primarily "offline-first" using local browser storage (IndexedDB).
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys (such as Google Gemini or OpenRouter keys) you provide to the application. These keys are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FoundersPath AI are owned by Venu Karnati and Vebnox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission, except as permitted by the open-source license (if applicable).
5. Limitation of Liability
FoundersPath AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
